About RBS Events

Hi! I’m Rachel and I cannot wait to take you on a journey to create the event of your dreams. I was born and raised in the Chicago area. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management Tourism/Hospitality and Event Planning at Arizona State University. One of my best experiences was contributing to the planning of the Super Bowl XLII. I’ve always had a passion for event planning big or small - that’s where RBS Events was born! My goal is for your guests to leave your special event saying WOW and wanting more. When I’m not planning events you can find me traveling the world, exploring the amazing city of Chicago, hosting parties at my home with family and friends, and cheering on my Chicago sports teams!

There is nothing better than collaborating with my clients and bringing their event visions to life! I love to create memorable experiences and celebrations for people and businesses. Each event is unique whether it is a wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, corporate event, shower, holiday party, or any other occasion. Each opportunity is met with my ability to bring original creativity to design your dream event.
